We began to wonder if it could happen again that all 9 of us would be at our monthly gathering. And then it happened! And it was wonderful!
We'd been waiting to celebrate this day since the retirement of our last connection to Cinnabar School, truly outstanding 2nd grade teacher Trey Minehan Willis, at the end of May. She'd been off celebrating her new found freedom during our last 3 meetings, so we welcomed the chance to celebrate her new status.
We caught up with everyone's busy lives, and then delved into our book, Mad Mable. It a huge delight! This was especially true after the emotional journey of our previous month's selection. Our next month's book will be The Ending Writes Itself by Evelyn Clark. Keep reading!
