Summer has indeed arrived and we're loving it! We took a little trip to Cornerstone outside Sonoma to wander its gardens and pause for a nice long, chatty lunch. Perfection!

 

We discussed our book from last month and shared suggestions on more to read, not assigning a new book but simply sharing. Okay, favorite TV series were also discussed, but we've all been locked down for a year so what can you expect?

 Once again we gathered outside Penngrove Market, a relative center of our homes, to share our adventures - not that there had been too many of those. 

As you can see, we were much more relaxed since we had all been fully vaccinated plus time, outdoors and much more comfortable with life in general. We ate lunch and stayed to chat for hours, our regular routine finally asserting itself once again. We discussed our book selection from last month and assigned a new book, Raven Black by Ann Cleeves, the first of her Shetland Islands series.
