After a delicious lunch including "African Chicken" supplied our hostess Donna, we discussed our January book selection Born a Crime. We all agreed we'd learned a great deal about South Africa, the tensions of the races and the divisions that kept people apart. What an experience it was to learn about Mr. Noah's life and challenges.
As always family pictures and stories were shared and our close knit group became even closer.
Our book selection for next month is Less by Andrew Sean Greer.
